At Uponluxe, we want you to feel happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, flexible, and stress-free.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. This gives you plenty of time to try your order at home and decide if it suits you.
2. Flexible Return Conditions

Items can be tried on—light use is fine.

Original tags, packaging, and accessories are appreciated but not mandatory.

Items should be returned in a reasonable condition, not necessarily “brand new.”

Hygiene-sensitive products (such as lingerie, underwear, or pierced jewelry) and final sale items may not be returnable unless defective.
3. How to Start a Return

Our team will send you easy return instructions.

Use any reliable courier to ship the item back. A trackable option is recommended but not required.
4. Refunds

Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Funds are credited back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund you first and can also send a free replacement directly to your home. In some cases, you won’t need to return the faulty item.
5. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another size, color, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist with reordering.
6. Return Shipping

For returns due to size, style, or preference, customers cover return shipping.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we’ll cover all costs.
