Returning Policy

At Uponluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be accepted.

  • The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons:

    • Jewelry & accessories

    • Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits)

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Gift cards and promotional giveaways

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at 📧 cahigsimicz@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation of your return reason, and photos of the item(s) if applicable (especially if the item arrived damaged or defective).

  3. Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with the return approval and instructions, including the correct return address.

  4. All returns must be shipped back within 5 business days after receiving return authorization.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error caused by Uponluxe.

If a refund is delayed or missing, please check with your payment provider. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item with a different size, color, or style:

  • Please follow the return process for the original item.

  • Then, place a new order for the replacement item.

This process ensures faster processing and greater inventory accuracy.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at cahigsimicz@hotmail.com.

  • Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, along with your order number.

  • If the claim is approved, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, and may cover return shipping.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including tracking and any applicable insurance.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

  • Uponluxe is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


7. Final Notes

  • Returns that do not comply with our policy may be rejected and not refunded.

  • Rejected returns may be sent back at the customer's expense or disposed of at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to make final decisions in all return and refund matters.
